One Flight Support Network, Every Region You Fly Into
VigoAir’s global flight support network spans the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Behind every request is a vetted set of local partners we have worked with directly, so the service you get in one country matches the service you get in the next.

How Our Global Flight Support Network Works
The network is not a directory of contacts. It is a set of working relationships that VigoAir manages on your behalf, so that one request turns into confirmed support at the destination.
You send one request
Route, dates, aircraft type and what you need on the ground. It reaches a single coordinator at our Dubai desk, whatever region it concerns.
We activate the network
We brief the handling agent at the destination, file overflight and landing permits with each civil aviation authority on the route, and arrange fuel with our supplier at every stop.
You fly on confirmations
Service levels, permit numbers, fuel release and on-the-ground contacts, confirmed before departure. The desk stays reachable through the turnaround in case anything changes.
A Consistent Standard, Country to Country
Coverage is easy to claim and harder to deliver. What makes a global flight support network useful to an operator is not the number of pins on a map, but whether the service at the fifth airport on a rotation matches the service at the first.
Every partner in the VigoAir network has been worked with directly. We hold the commercial relationship, the credit arrangements and the process knowledge, and we brief each partner to the same standard before your aircraft arrives.
That means you are not setting up a local account at every airport you visit, not learning a new permit process for every country on the route, and not chasing three separate parties when a schedule moves.
It also means the answer you get from us is the answer from the ground. Where a service is genuinely unavailable at a given field, or a clearance will not come through in the time you have, we say so early rather than discovering it on the day.
The same desk coordinates ground handling, flight permissions and fueling across all five regions.
Global Network Questions, Answered
Which regions does VigoAir’s global flight support network cover?
Our global flight support network covers the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Dubai is our operational base, so coverage is densest across the Gulf and the wider Middle East, but a request for any of the five regions is handled by the same desk and the same coordinator.
Can you arrange support at airports that are not major hubs?
Yes. Secondary airports and remote fields are a regular part of the work. Where we do not already have a standing arrangement, our team sources and vets a local handler, confirms what services are genuinely available on the ground, and tells you plainly what can and cannot be arranged before you commit to the routing.
How quickly can you confirm handling, permits and fuel?
Handling and fuel are usually confirmed within hours. Flight permissions depend on the authority: some countries issue clearances the same day, others require several working days and specific documentation. We tell you the realistic lead time for each country on your route when you send the request, rather than after you have filed the plan. Requirements are set by each state under the framework of the International Civil Aviation Organization.
Do you support AOG and short-notice movements?
Yes. Our operations desk is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, specifically so that AOG events, diversions and last-minute routing changes are handled immediately rather than at the start of the next business day.
Who do we deal with once a request is submitted?
One coordinator. They hold the request end to end, brief every partner in the network on your behalf, and stay reachable through the turnaround. You do not manage separate relationships with the handling agent, the fuel supplier and the permit specialist — that is the point of the network.
